Kamil Gwoździk - kolejne wyzwanie

Kamil Gwoździk to 32-letni pasjonat sportu, wyróżniony tytułem Ambasadora Barlinka w ramach Złotych Barlineckich Gęsiarek za 2022 rok, specjalizujący się w sporcie długodystansowym, bieganiu, jazdą rowerem i marszem, mieszkaniec Rychnowa.

Kamil wielokrotnie już angażował się w akcje charytatywne naszej gminy. Zaistniał organizując m.in. „Triathlon Rychnów” dla OTOZ Animals Barlinek, czy „Dziesięcio - godzinny, charytatywny marsz dla Zuzi Bartczak”.

W 2022 roku, reprezentując Rychnów oraz Gminę Barlinek wyruszył w pieszą podróż z Północy na Południe Polski, ustanawiając Rekord Kraju w kategorii "NAJSZYBCIEJ POKONANA PIESZO TRASA Z PÓŁNOCY NA POŁUDNIE POLSKI" zajęło mu to 24 dni 5 godzin i 54 minuty. 

Kamil postanowił pobić kolejny rekord. 1 czerwca br. wyruszy z miejscowości Stara Pasłęka, aby ustanowić oficjalny Rekord Polski w przejściu wzdłuż Bałtyku. Rekord będzie uznany przez Polskie Biuro Rekordów. Marsz będzie trwał 18 dni jego długość to około 630 km. Finał odbędzie się w Świnoujściu. 

W środę 22 marca br. odbyło się spotkanie Burmistrza Barlinka Dariusza Zielińskiego z Kamilem Gwoździkiem. Maratończyk otrzymał wyposażenie w postaci sprzętu i artykułów sportowych z nadrukami promującymi Gminę Barlinek.

W trakcie 18. dni marszu, Kamil będzie relacjonował przebieg próby ustanowienia rekordu Polski za pośrednictwem portali społecznościowych: Facebook i Instagram. Relacje z próby pobicia rekordu będą zamieszczane również na naszej stronie internetowej www.barlinek.pl. Wytrwałości i sukcesu w realizacji projektu życzy Kamilowi Burmistrz Barlinka wraz z mieszkańcami  naszej Gminy.
