7 stycznia 2026 roku w Barlinku dokonano oficjalnego przekazania wykonawcy terenu budowy pod realizację zadania „Budowa ul. Poziomkowej w Barlinku”.

Teren budowy obejmuje fragmenty działek nr 651/18, 712, 660/12 oraz 651/12 w obrębie 2 Barlinku. Z dniem przekazania wykonawca przejął odpowiedzialność za plac budowy. Prace realizowane są w ramach umowy zawartej 11 września 2025 roku.

Wykonawcą inwestycji jest firma K&M Michał Goliszek z siedzibą w Raduniu, a kierownikiem budowy – Grzegorz Salamandra. Nadzór inwestorski ze strony gminy pełni inspektor nadzoru.

W ramach przekazania wykonawca otrzymał pełną dokumentację projektową dla branży drogowej i elektrycznej, projekt stałej organizacji ruchu oraz dziennik budowy. Zabezpieczenie terenu budowy, zaplecza socjalnego i mediów leży po stronie wykonawcy. Roboty będą prowadzone zgodnie z dokumentacją techniczną, obowiązującymi przepisami prawa oraz ustaleniami z Zamawiającym.

Dla ułatwienia orientacji mieszkańcom publikujemy zdjęcia terenu sprzed okresu zimowego, aby dokładnie zobaczyć obszar planowanych prac.

O postępach realizacji inwestycji gmina będzie informować na bieżąco.
