W tym roku po raz 12. obchodzimy święto Ratownictwa Medycznego, ustanowione na dzień 13 października przez Sejm RP na mocy ustawy o Państwowym Ratownictwie Medycznym. Patronem ratowników medycznych jest święty Gerard Tonque z Amalfi, który jako pierwszy zorganizował w Średniowieczu służbę szpitalników, niosących pomoc pielgrzymom zmierzającym do Jerozolimy.
Wszystkim Ratownikom życzymy satysfakcji i zadowolenia z pracy oraz pomyślności w życiu osobistym.
