Umowa na budowę świetlicy wiejskiej w Lutówku podpisana

W dniu 30 lipca br. podpisana została umowa na realizację zadania pn. „Budowa świetlicy wiejskiej w miejscowości Lutówko”.

Umowę z Zakładem Ogólnobudowlanym Kazimierz Pakiet z siedzibą w Myśliborzu w imieniu Burmistrza Barlinka Dariusza Zielińskiego podpisał Zastępca Burmistrza Krzysztof Paszek.

W ramach zadania wykonawca wykona od podstaw budynek na potrzeby świetlicy wiejskiej, remizy strażackiej oraz szatni klubu sportowego wraz z niezbędnym instalacjami i zagospodarowaniem terenu.

Za projekt oraz nadzór inwestorski odpowiedzialna jest firma Projekty i nadzory budowlane mgr inż. Witold Krasowski z Barlinka.

Teren budowy został przekazany Wykonawcy w dniu podpisania umowy.

Zgodnie z harmonogramem robót do końca listopada br. ma zostać wykonany stan surowy zamknięty, a zakończenie inwestycji planowane jest na początek czerwca 2019 roku.

Wartość zadania wynosi 1 106 999,51 zł brutto.
