Budowa świetlicy wiejskiej w Strąpiu

W dniu 05 grudnia 2018 r. Dariusz Zieliński – Burmistrz Barlinka podpisał umowę na realizację zadania po nazwą „Budowa świetlicy wiejskiej w Strąpiu” z firmą Zakład Ogólnobudowlany Kazimierz Pakiet z Myśliborza.

Zakres umowy obejmuje wykonanie nowego obiektu o powierzchni ok. 113 m2 wraz z niezbędnymi instalacjami i zagospodarowaniem terenu. Pierwszym etapem prac realizowanych przez wybranego wykonawcę – będzie wycinka drzew wykonana jeszcze w tym roku. Do budynku świetlicy będzie prowadził indywidualny zjazd z drogi gminnej.

Za nadzór inwestorski odpowiedzialna będzie firma Projekty i nadzory budowlane mgr inż. Witold Krasowski z Barlinka. Firma ta jest jednocześnie autorem dokumentacji projektowej.

Wyboru wykonawcy dokonano w wyniku przetargu ogłoszonego w trybie nieograniczonym. Wartość robót budowlanych wynosi  704 110,39 zł brutto. Zakończenie inwestycji planowane jest na koniec sierpnia 2019 roku.

Realizacja inwestycji możliwa jest dzięki dofinansowaniu ze środków Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego Województwa Zachodniopomorskiego na lata 2014-2020; Oś priorytetowa: Infrastruktura publiczna: Działanie PRZP.09.03.00 Wspieranie rewitalizacji fizycznej, gospodarczej i społecznej ubogich społeczności i obszarów wiejskich.

Umowa na kwotę dotacji w wysokości około 458 000 zł została podpisana dnia 17 października 2018 r. przez marszałka województwa – Olgierda Geblewicza. Dofinansowanie obejmuje również zakup niezbędnego wyposażenia świetlicy.
