POSTANOWIENIE NR 292/2024

KOMISARZA WYBORCZEGO W SZCZECINIE II

z dnia 17 kwietnia 2024 r.

w sprawie zwołania pierwszej sesji nowo wybranej rady

 

Na podstawie art. 20 ust. 2 w zw. z art. 29a ust. 2 i art. 26 ust. 2 ustawy z dnia 8 marca 1990 r.

o samorządzie gminnym (Dz. U. z 2023 r. poz. 40 ze zm.), Komisarz Wyborczy w Szczecinie II postanawia, co następuje:

 

§ 1.

Zwołać pierwszą sesję nowo wybranej Rady Miejskiej w Barlinku na dzień 7 maja 2024 r.

o godz. 12:00 w Barlineckim Ośrodku Kultury w Barlinku przy ul. Podwale 9.

 

§ 2.

Ustalić następujący porządek obrad pierwszej sesji Rady:

  1. Otwarcie inauguracyjnej sesji Rady.
  2. Wręczenie zaświadczeń o wyborze na radnego.
  3. Złożenie ślubowania przez radnych.
  4. Stwierdzenie kworum i przyjęcie porządku obrad.
  5. Wybór Przewodniczącego Rady.
  6. Wręczenie zaświadczenia o wyborze na Burmistrza Barlinka.
  7. Złożenie ślubowania przez Burmistrza.
  8. Zakończenie obrad.

§ 3.

Postanowienie wchodzi w życie z dniem podjęcia.
